The prima truly fell short of my expectations, as soundproofing was practically absent, causing sleepless nights. The lack of a coffee kettle was shocking. one would think that a place like this would provide such basic comfort. I almost left a positive review, but finding mosquitoes in the room changed everything.

Soundproofing is virtually non-existent. door slamming noise can be irritating!!! Shuttle bus situation needs fixing. requiring guests to wake up at 5am is excessive!!!

I did experience some minor noise disturbances from neighboring rooms, which could be improved.
